Jonathan Lisle presents chapter two in Bedrock Music's Original Series, a collection of mixes featuring tracks by a wide selection of club and techno acts.  On this installation, we get cuts from the likes of Rabbit in the Moon, Habersham, and Young American Primitive, among others.  The flow is strong, and the selection is certainly effective, so the mix is a solid choice for techno fans.

Of the thirteen tracks here, I especially appreciated RITM's "Waiting For The Night," Art of Silence's "West 4 (Crowd Control Dub)," and PMTs intense "Afro Lavalamp."  The disc often swaps back and forth between dark, mechanical techno (PMT Matthew Dekay) and lighter clubby stuff, often with vocals (Gavin Hardkiss, Habersham).  Though far from groundbreaking, Lisles mix is a very satisfying disc of electronic music.  Take it for what it's worth.
