Here we have a delightful split between Mark Bradley and Wereju, both operating in the hypnotic drone niche. Bradley's three contributions shimmer characteristically; "Cycles Within" is constructed from pristine synth tones, while brief "Exposure" is murkier and "Underway" mines darker, subterranean territory. Meanwhile, Wereju's compositions are more confrontational - "Twisting, Turning" is subtly sinister owing to its use of dissonance, whereas "Whispering, Wondering" is more varied and turbulent, passing through moments of calm and others of chaos. Overall, this split is a memorable ride.
